What you’ll do- Manage and resolve client queries
- Complete critical operational and financial tasks with accuracy
- Support client onboarding and BAU processes
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
- Produce reports and maintain audit‑ready documentation
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Provide primary‑level authorisation for specified financial tasks
