About the Role
Edenred Payment Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Adviser to join our growing team. You’ll support cardholders and clients by providing clear, accurate, and friendly assistance across phone and email. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with processes, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Support cardholders with account access, transactions, and product information
- Investigate and resolve issues following internal processes and regulatory guidelines
