Indeed, the Edenred Group recognizes, recruits and develops all talents and singularities.We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination and to providing all our candidates with equal opportunities regardless of their gender and gender expression, disability, origin, religious belief and sexual orientation or any other criteria.**Platforms Technical Program Lead****Competitive + Bonus****Hybrid (Swindon or London)****What you will be doing:**This is an exciting opportunity to join and contribute to a high performing, high impact, platforms department during an exciting period of transformation and cutting edge technology adoption for a global service provider of payments solutions.**Key Duties:*** Coordinate end-to-end delivery of platform projects including the migration of products and services from our UK Datacentres into AWS, SaaS adoptions with key service providers (e.g. payments schemes and cryptography services).#* Work with the Head of Technical Platform Transformation to define project scopes, objectives, success criteria, collaboration across technology, operations, and product teams.* Develop and maintain clear and detailed delivery plans, timelines, and work with the technical delivery management to define resource allocations and agile planning.* Manage cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring continued alignment and accountabilities throughout the delivery lifecycles.* Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, and adopt plans to align with evolving requirements.* Ensure that all deliverables meet with regulatory, compliance, and security standards (e.g. PCI DSS, GDPR)* Track and regularly report on progress, blockers, and achievements to the Head of Technical Platform Transformation.* Perform delivery retrospectives to drive a continuous improvements culture.**What you will bring:*** Proven experience delivering multi-stream and complex platform/infrastructure/cloud projects in a regulated environment (ideally financial services or healthcare).* Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS preferred), APIs, and enterprise systems.
