Location: London or Swindon (Hybrid)
In this role, you will own the strategy and delivery of your product sub-domain, translating customer and business needs into clear, outcome focused roadmaps and requirements. Partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations and Go-to-Market teams, you will prioritise for value, de-risk delivery, and ship measurable improvements that advance Edenred Paytech’s objectives.
What you will be doing:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the sub domain, aligned to customer needs and business goals.
- Build and maintain a value driven roadmap; make transparent trade offs using data, risk, and opportunity sizing.
- Translate business and customer needs into structured epics, features, and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise and groom the backlog with cross functional partners to maximise impact within capacity and constraints.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate solution options (including API/microservices patterns) and ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
- Define success metrics (OKRs/KPIs); track product performance and iterate to improve adoption, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Lead discovery with clients and internal stakeholders; facilitate workshops to clarify problems, scope, dependencies, and risks.
- Drive operational readiness (support, training, operational runbooks) and change adoption for new features and releases.
- Identify compliance, security, and operational resilience needs early; ensure releases meet regulatory and service quality standards.
- Communicate progress, decisions, and learnings clearly to executives and teams; escalate with clear options when needed.

Essential Criteria
- Experience in Product management in agile cross-functional environments delivering digital products.
- Demonstrate ability to define vision, create and prioritise roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes against OKRs/KPIs.
- Strong requirements skills (features/epics/stories) and the ability to translate customer problems into testable, outcome‑oriented acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executives, engineering, and customer facing teams.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with API-first products, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of the payments/fintech domain and associated regulatory considerations.
- Comfort with SQL for exploratory analysis and experiment evaluation.
- Proven experience leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance business analysis and drive data-informed decision-making.
