Overview
Paytech Nexus platform is the core processing platform for the Edenred group, processing over 1.5billion transactions per year across more than 30 countries.
This role is for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a domain of Product Managers and Business Analysts, transforming compliance platforms, modernising the data platform and supporting the business strategy for the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the compliance domain transformation covering transaction monitoring, AML, fraud prevention and account holder screening.
- Manage the product domain cross‑functional team, prioritise backlog, ensure value delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, regulators and internal departments to capture business requirements.
- Own innovation, continuous improvement and architecture of the domain.
- Drive the product roadmap, estimate schedules, manage scope and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Monitor development delivery, remove impediments and ensure on‑time release.
- Maintain budgets, vendor relationships and third‑party product management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Self‑starter with strong initiative, able to work independently without micro‑management.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments, product backlog prioritisation and product development lifecycle.
- Background in compliance, AML, fraud monitoring or related regulatory domains.
- Experience working with Business Analysts, Developers and third‑party solutions.
- Data‑driven mindset – ability to analyse data, generate reports and make decisions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership.
- Familiarity with SQL, security and operational monitoring.
- Experience in multi‑disciplinary teams across offshore and onshore.
- Languages: Spanish, Portuguese or French a plus.

- Hybrid working model – minimum 3 days per week in office.
- Possible travel between UK offices, Europe (1‑3 days) and occasional international travel (up to 5 days).
