About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience by providing vital administrative and operational support throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule candidate interviews, coordinate rooms, send calendar invites, and prepare all necessary materials to ensure interviews run smoothly.
- Manage the creation and approval of job requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Advertise job vacancies across multiple job boards, the company website, and social media channels, monitoring and optimising posting performance.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate records within the ATS to ensure up-to-date information.
- Prepare and distribute interview feedback forms to hiring managers and candidates promptly.
- Collect and analyse feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve our recruitment process.
- Draft and issue offer letters to successful candidates in line with company policies.
- Compile and deliver recruitment metrics and reports to hiring managers and HR leadership.
- Provide additional recruitment support to Talent Partners as needed.
About You:
- You have exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are confident engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with ATS platforms such as Workday.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration - ideally within a tech environment - or a related operational role is highly desirable.
- You work well under pressure, managing deadlines with professionalism and calm.
- You consistently maintain discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- You are proactive, professional, and enthusiastic about learning and developing your skills.
