Full-time, on-site Change & Implementation Manager role based in Swindon. Leads the planning, coordination and delivery of change initiatives and implementation projects across the Edenred PayTech platform and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining project scopes and change plans
- Managing timelines and resources
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment across product, technology, operations, risk and compliance teams
- Overseeing impact assessments, business readiness activities, process mapping and documentation to support smooth go-lives and post-implementation stabilisation
- Tracking risks and issues, reporting progress to senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in change and implementation practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management, implementation management or project delivery within financial services, payments or fintech environments
- Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management and coordination across cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, compliance)
- Ability to perform impact assessments, map and optimise business processes and develop change, communication and training plans
- Experience with risk and issue management, governance and reporting to senior stakeholders or steering committees
- Comfort working with payment platforms, transaction processing and regulated environments; understanding of FCA or EU regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and operational readiness
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work on-site with local and international teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management
