Senior Product Manager - Pay Tech (Compliance, Data support end-to-end delivery from discovery through rollout and operational handover.
Track budgets, delivery status, risks and dependencies; remove impediments to maximise team efficiency.
Package services and materials for clients, operations and rollout teams; ensure solutions are secure, scalable and supportable.
About you: Proven Product Manager with experience in payments, fintech or compliance domains; comfortable bridging business and technical teams.
Self-starter: able to shape work, unblock issues and drive initiatives independently.
Experience managing product teams (or acting as domain lead) and collaborating with BAs and engineers in Agile/Scrum environments.
Track record of procuring/managing third‑party suppliers and delivering operational process improvements.
Strong prioritisation skills and an analytical mindset - able to use data (SQL skills a plus) to inform decisions and challenge requests.
Excellent communicator, comfortable with client-facing interactions and stakeholder management across locations.
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, multi‑priority environment.
Languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally (UK/Europe; rare international travel).
