As a Scrum Master I, you are responsible for developing their personal Agile abilities, and championing Ways of Working (WoW) inside a Scrum team in Edenred PayTech. This, to enable the completion of Sprint Goals to deliver incremental customer value.,

Key result areas
- Personal development in Agile methods, practices, and frameworks.
- Coaches and influences the Scrum Team in all areas of Scrum, such as defining and delivering sprint goals via sprint planning, review, and retrospective, cross-team collaboration, and dependency mitigation.
- Proactively unblocks impediments impacting the Scrum Team.
- Assists the Scrum Team in discovering and articulating Objectives and Key Results at the team level, aligned to Edenred PayTech OKRs.
- Applies appropriate Agile Metrics to act as rapid feedback to the team.
- Participates with wider Agile Team of Scrum Masters on core initiatives and Ways of Working improvements and assists with the adoption of agile across the wider ER business.
What you will be doing:
- Performs the role of Scrum Master across at least one team as servant leader, facilitator, coach, mentor, impediment remover, and change agent, as defined in The Scrum Guide.
- Adopts appropriate Agile frameworks, methods and techniques tailored to the context of the team.
- Undertakes regular improvements via the retrospective techniques of inspect and adapt, agrees measurements and tracks progress towards improvement.
You will be a self-learner who rapidly expands their knowledge of Agile practices, frameworks, and techniques. - Knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban. Experience of working in an Agile team delivering value to customers. This does not have to be a software development team.
- Able to kickstart changes to working patterns or learned behaviour to help the team improve.
- Challenges and pushes back to defend the team to ensure focus remains on the safe delivery of value.
- Experience of working in a DevOps environment beneficial., Learner: can rapidly assimilate new Agile knowledge, test such for applicability in-context, and apply that which has value to the team and customer.
- Critical thinker: can analyse the facts and form a judgement based on the evidence; is able to rapidly shift world view when new evidence supplants the old. All, with the aim of delivering better customer value from a motivated, happy team.
- Personable: enthusiastic, go-to member of the team who is emotionally intelligent and able to balance different emotional needs and viewpoints of team members and stakeholders.
- Servant Leader: supports the team in achieving better outcomes.
- Influencer - can articulate and challenge ideas and concepts to help the team focus on delivering the Sprint Goal.
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy with team to determine effective ways to deliver value in an emergent context.
- Encourages autonomy and ownership inside own team., Recommended, but not essential: Level 1 Agile qualification such as CSM, CSPO, DASM, PSM, ICP, or equivalent.
