- Own roadmap prioritisation and backlog management, focusing on maximum business value and regulatory compliance.
- Drive delivery of capabilities including transaction monitoring (AML/fraud), sanctions & PEP screening, 360° accountholder view & case management, and regulatory reporting.
- Work closely with internal compliance teams, tech squads (onshore/offshore), clients and third-party vendors to capture requirements, shape solutions and ensure operational readiness.
- Manage vendor selection and contracts for best-in-class partners and integrations.
- Define clear business context, measurable outcomes and acceptance criteria for development teams; support end-to-end delivery from discovery through rollout and operational handover.

- Package services and materials for clients, operations and rollout teams; ensure solutions are secure, scalable and supportable.
About you:
- Proven Product Manager with experience in payments, fintech or compliance domains; comfortable bridging business and technical teams.
- Self-starter: able to shape work, unblock issues and drive initiatives independently.
- Experience managing product teams (or acting as domain lead) and collaborating with BAs and engineers in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Track record of procuring/managing third-party suppliers and delivering operational process improvements.
- Strong prioritisation skills and an analytical mindset - able to use data (SQL skills a plus) to inform decisions and challenge requests.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with client-facing interactions and stakeholder management across locations.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
- Languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are a plus.
