Edenred PayTech is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Internal Projects team â a central function responsible for delivering key initiatives across Finance, Compliance, Legal and Product. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing our strategic roadmap, partnering with diverse stakeholders to deliver complex, highâvalue projects that drive the business forward. Youâll thrive in a fastâpaced environment where delivery excellence, customer satisfaction and quality are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities- Manage endâtoâend delivery of new requirements through acceptance, rollout and support, spanning technical, legal, compliance/risk and financial workstreams.
- Plan and track project activities, including resource allocation and budget estimation.
- Establish and maintain strong governance, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation and reporting are in place.
- Identify, escalate and manage risks, issues and obstacles to keep delivery on track.
- Lead crossâfunctional project teams, collaborating with internal and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders, managing expectations, alignment and conflict where needed.
- Produce regular project status reports and governance artefacts.
- Manage change requests and scope creep effectively.
- Champion continuous improvement, working with PM peers to refine practices and ways of working.
- Influence project standards, templates and tools, acting as a mentor to peers and junior PMs.
- Support the evolution of PM methodologies, embedding best practice across the organisation.
- Strong Project Management experience, delivering fullâlifecycle projects.
- Strong experience with Agile and hybrid/blended methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problemâsolving skills.
- Ability to simplify complex issues for a range of audiences.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fastâpaced, technical environment.
- Strong multitasking capability, balancing multiple projects and objectives.
- Ability to motivate and influence others to achieve delivery goals.
- Positive, resilient, enthusiastic and solutionsâfocused mindset.
- Experience working with payment products.
- Professional PM qualifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, PROSCI, MoR).
- JIRA proficiency.
- Experience coaching or mentoring others.
