The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's new Digital hub for strategic IT projects.
Context/ROLE: Global Business Apps serves as the technological ally for the Edenred Business divisions. In relation to HR matters, we collaborate with the HRIS functional team to develop and sustain the roadmap for Workday, our corporate HRIS platform. This system is operational across 46 countries, facilitating the dissemination of common HR procedures and best practices throughout the organization.
In a more detailed capacity, our tech team oversees the integration of Workday with Edenred's suite of applications, focusing primarily on systems for local payroll and leave management, and assumes full responsibility for all aspects of security. The team deployed 49 integrations, including 17 payroll, 12 absence, 5 recruitment, and other group integrations such as travel, finance, user provisioning, compliance, Jira; other HR tools are part of the scope, such as the CSR or engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- The HRIS Tech Team (the one you’ll be part of) is in charge to administrate all the technical flow related to Workday tool: connectivity and security, maintenance of existing integrations, build new integrations.
- Your main tasks will be the following:
- Develop new integrations
- Maintain existing integrations
- Debug the issues, monitor the integrations and provide support to the customers
- Perform evolutions on the configurations
- Identify sources of improvement
- Propose new technical solutions & innovations
- Study the content of new Workday releases (twice a year), analyse impacts, manage the testing of the new version and adjustments
- Ensure the communication with the HR contacts (Edenred people located in the countries where Workday is deployed)
- Maintain connectivity and security
- Support users to connect to Workday by checking the tickets opened in JIRA tool
- Manage tenants’ security and authentication policies
- Ensure the connectivity and security on the integrations side through servers, APIs for connecting with other tools
- Make sure group guidelines are followed and manage SSH/PGP key change campaigns
- Support the junior developer’s technical growth
- Maintain the technical documentation
- Perform IT configuration for new tools
You will be in contact with:
- The HRIS Central Team which is in charge of the functional/technical support and projects on Workday. The team is composed of the functional team and the technical team (you will be part of this one).
- The technical team is located in Paris and Bucharest.
- The local IT teams of our Edenred worldwide Business Units
- The local HR teams of our Edenred worldwide Business Units
- Third parties such as the payroll provider (which is the provider of the payroll system we are interfaced with)
Required skills & profile:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a tech environment and a 3 year + Workday Integration experience
- Nice to have: Workday experience in: HCM, Reporting, Absence, Learning, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation
- Languages: Mandatory: Good spoken and written English Nice to have: French or Spanish
- Soft Skills: Autonomy, Pro-activity, willingness to make proposals, Organizational skills; Able to manage several projects in parallel and follow the run tickets, A sense of customer service, Rigor, Able to work effectively in an international context
