- Drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, enhance monitoring/observability, and remove impediments to maximise engineering efficiency.
- Support audits and compliance and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet regulatory commitments and deadlines.
What you’ll bring
- Deep experience in finance or API‐first technology environments; exposure to payment rails, card schemes, or e‐money is ideal.
- Strong track record in Product/Programme Management, leading multi‐disciplinary teams to deliver complex platforms.
- Proven success delivering to regulatory deadlines and across complex, multi‐stakeholder programmes.
- Expertise in agile product delivery; comfortable with backlog prioritisation, PI planning, and iterative execution.

- Data‐informed decision‐making with clear, concise reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executives, onshore/offshore teams, clients, and third parties.
- A self‐starter with a collaborative, positive, and resilient approach; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
- Ability to bridge technical and business contexts, empathise with users, and challenge constructively using evidence.
- People leadership experience, coaching and developing high‐performing teams.
