The Studio

Content marketing agency seeks a senior designer to join their in-house team in a new role.

This is an exciting business that builds platforms and ambitious ideas for clients across not for profit, the entrainment space and sport.

The role will initially start on a remote basis and move to hybrid working in central London from September.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to lead design at a company that has consistently delivered impact through world‑class creativity.

As Senior Designer, you will lead the creation of visual identities, campaign assets and creative output across all elements of the business.

You will shape how their platforms look and feel across every touchpoint — from major live events and campaign launches to websites, film and pitch decks.

As well as handling the bigger projects and top‑level conceptual thinking, you need to be happy managing the day‑to‑day hands‑on design work too.

A large part of the role will be to produce high‑quality pitch decks and creative presentations that translate ideas into powerful visual narratives.

  • The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with an exceptional portfolio.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design.
  • Strong command of presentation software (Keynote, Pitch or equivalent).
  • A clear creative point of view, and the confidence to articulate and defend it.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting quality slip.
  • Experience with motion graphics (e. g. After Effects) is desirable but not essential.
