About edenity. edenity. helps founders reach their next milestone by advising them on engaging the right knowledge, experience, and talent — whether that’s freelance, fractional, advisory, or permanent. We’re building a people-first, tech-forward approach to founder support and growth.

The Role

As Account Manager, you’ll work directly with the founding team across a range of exciting businesses across Europe, building some of the most exciting tech teams! You will be an exceptional sourcer of tech talent with the ability to work at pace across multiple projects whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Think of this role as a force multiplier - making the founders more effective, accelerating execution, and helping edenity. and their clients move faster toward their goals. You’ll get a front-row seat to how startups are built, funded, and scaled, while learning how to operate at the intersection of tech, talent, and strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives: client projects, hiring strategy, and product roadmap.
  • Deliver exceptional tech talent at speed.
  • Build Talentpools across Europe of tech talent.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support client advisory work (e.g. market mapping, talent benchmarking, org design).
  • Draft and refine client-facing materials - proposals, decks, reports, and insights.
  • Manage and improve internal operations: processes, tooling, scheduling, and comms.
  • Shadow client calls, capture insights, and turn them into actionable follow-ups.
  • Flex into whatever is most critical - from helping shape hiring strategies to coordinating with partners and advisors.

What We’re Looking For

  • A sharp, curious tech recruiter who thrives in ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset: able to break down problems and find practical solutions quickly.
  • Comfortable with research, distilling insights, and presenting them clearly.
  • Bias for action — you get things done and figure out the details along the way.

What You’ll Get

  • Direct exposure to the most incredible founders, investors, and scaling tech businesses across the European ecosystem.
  • The chance to learn hands-on how companies hire, fundraise, and scale.
  • A global-first, flexible work setup.
  • Close mentorship from the founder, with room to shape the role as Edenity grows.
  • A career fast-track: this is a rare opportunity to learn founder-level problem-solving early.
