We are a female-founded and led recruitment and advisory business who, for more than 15 years, have worked alongside European product and tech ventures, helping them scale from startup to IPO. We don’t just find talent - we identify the best minds to drive your business forward. Supported by our own fractional community of senior engineering, product, and design leaders, we bring the expertise you need, exactly when you need it.

Role overview: This is a chance to step into a role where you’ll genuinely own delivery and client relationships from day one. It’s ideal for someone with a recruitment background who’s technically sharp, commercially aware, but ready to move away from the transactional, KPI-heavy agency model. You’ll work directly with Selina (Founder) & April (Partner), both coming from high-pedigree environments where they’ve partnered with some of Europe’s most exciting product companies.

There’s a real opportunity here to help shape how they deliver working alongside our Founder’s Associate to build scalable frameworks across embedded hiring, events, and strategic recruitment projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning candidate delivery end-to-end - from sourcing through to placement
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients - building trusted, long-term relationships, working directly with founders and leadership teams, helping shape hiring decisions, not just executing briefs
  • Managing and progressing candidates with a high-quality, thoughtful approach
  • Using AI and tooling to remove anything repetitive or low-value so you can focus on judgement, communication, and impact
  • Helping clients unlock new hiring strategies and channels
  • Playing a key role in positioning edenity as a go-to partner for organisational design
  • Working primarily with early-stage companies, alongside some globally recognised brands (including a recent partnership with Netflix), supporting technical hiring across Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics
  • Improving how we work - if something feels inefficient or outdated, change it

Your profile:

  • You’ll have up to 5 years in tech recruitment
  • You’re strong with people, but more importantly, you care about how relationships are built
  • You don’t want a career built on call targets and inbox churn
  • You do want to operate with more thought, creativity, and autonomy
  • You build high-trust, high-context relationships - candidates feel genuinely understood, and hiring managers rely on your judgement
  • You care about meaningful communication - thoughtful, specific, intentional. Not volume for the sake of it
  • You prioritise impact over activity - shaping a few exceptional processes over running many average ones
  • You think strategically about people and timing - not just “filling roles”, but understanding motivation, positioning, and when things actually move
  • You’re (or want to be) AI-native - automating anything repetitive so you can spend your time on what matters
  • You bring creativity and imagination - you think beyond LinkedIn messages and CVs when it comes to engaging people
  • You notice and use detail - creating connection that feels personal, not performative

What else?

  • Work with some of the most exciting startups in Europe
  • Be part of a team that acts as genuine advisors - not just recruiters
  • No new business expectations - focus on delivery and impact
  • Travel across Europe for client meetings and events
  • Hybrid, flexible working
  • Unlimited holiday
