We’re seeking an experienced Counter Manager to lead our boutique team for a prestigious niche fragrance brand within Harrods, the world’s most iconic luxury department store.

About the Role:

As Counter Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Harrods counter inspiring and empowering your team and managing them to deliver exceptional results and unforgettable client experiences. You will lead by example, driving performance and ensuring all KPIs and sales targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.

You will also play a key role in building strong, collaborative relationships with both Harrods store management and our Head Office, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver excellence in sales and service.

Drive performance to meet and exceed all KPI and target objectives.

Create a culture of passion, accountability, and high achievement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Harrods store management and Head Office teams.

Deliver personalised, luxury client experiences that reflect our brand values.

Ensure flawless counter presentation, operational efficiency, and brand integrity.

About You:

Proven experience as a Counter Manager (minimum 2 years) within luxury fragrance or beauty retail.

• A strong leader who inspires, motivates, and drives performance.
• Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and delivering commercial growth.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confident, polished, and passionate about luxury and niche fragrance.
