You will help bridge the gap between traditional investment banking skillsets and real-world capital markets execution. This role also offers the opportunity to enhance your presentation and communication skills, establish yourself as a subject-matter expert, and expand your network across top financial institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate live, instructor-led capital markets training sessions (in-person and virtual) for:

  • Provide practical insights into real-world deal workflows, including:
    • Coordination between investment banking, sales & trading, and investors
    • Roadshow preparation and execution
    • Market comparables and issuance strategy
  • Customize delivery based on audience (students vs. professionals), experience level, and geography
  • Complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program within the first four weeks of onboarding
