Commercial Governance & Procurement Manager opportunity working with a fast-growing claims accommodation provider. You will lead commercial governance, contract management and onboarding function, ensuring all contractual commitments entered into by the business are commercially sound, operationally achievable, appropriately risk assessed and effectively mobilised.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the review, negotiation and approval of client, framework and principal contracts, managing commercial and contractual risk.
- Partner with Business Development, Operations and Finance to assess profitability, deliverability and resource requirements for new business.
- Oversee contract mobilisation, onboarding and governance, ensuring efficient processes, compliance and risk management.
- Lead and develop the Onboarding Coordinator, driving performance, continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience in governance and procurement roles.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
