Job Description

Edenbrook are recruiting a Strategic Partnerships Specialist for a market-leading Lloyd’s Insurer. This is a key role to help execute our clients distribution strategy across UK, US, and international markets. This involves building strong relationships with brokers and coverholders, aligning opportunities with underwriting appetite, and ensuring consistent delivery of the company’s distribution messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the organisation’s distribution strategy.
  • Act as deputy in day-to-day management of the distribution function.
  • Coordinate and support underwriters in delivering consistent messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and coverholders to promote new business opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage distribution opportunities through to completion.
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to generate actionable insights and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records and support contract negotiations and completion.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and business travel as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in the Lloyd’s or specialty insurance market.
  • Experience in business development, distribution, or similar commercial roles.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and confident managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
