Edenbrook are partnering with a Big 4 Consultancy on a Senior Manager - Risk & Regulation hire. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact risk and regulatory engagements, supporting clients across a range of insurance-focused initiatives, including:

  • Leading internal controls and governance transformation programmes across finance, actuarial and risk functions.
  • Managing regulatory and supervisory interactions relating to governance, controls and reporting integrity.
  • Designing and enhancing end-to-end control frameworks aligned to Solvency II, SOx/ICFR and broader prudential regulation.
  • Coaching and developing team members while building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have experience delivering high impact risk and regulatory engagements within life insurance or retirement markets.
  • You have a deep understanding of internal controls frameworks, including SOx/ICFR, and governance best practice.
  • You bring strong knowledge of Solvency II, capital governance and actuarial processes within insurance organisations.
  • You are confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders, including Boards and executive leadership.
  • You can manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • You have experience delivering assurance or advisory engagements across finance, actuarial or risk and control environments.
  • Experience working within Insurance Sector.
