You will support the oversight and governance of products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, fair customer outcomes, and effective product performance monitoring.

About the role:

  • Support the delivery of the Product Governance Framework
  • Assist with conduct risk and fair value assessments, product reviews, and the escalation of governance issues and recommendations
  • Coordinate governance forums and committees, maintaining documentation, action tracking, and audit support
  • Analyse MI and contribute to reporting and dashboards to monitor product performance and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed product governance, conduct risk, and regulatory requirements across the business
