Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, validate, and process incoming bordereaux to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end bordereaux collection process, proactively identifying delays or risks and driving timely resolutions.

Stakeholder & Third-Party Engagement

  • Liaise directly with brokers, coverholders, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to resolve data issues and ensure smooth data submissions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams including Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to escalate issues, provide updates, and support decision-making.

Data Quality & Problem Solving

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, performing reconciliations to ensure confidence in downstream reporting and analytics.
  • Identify patterns or recurring issues and collaborate with the team to implement lasting process improvements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the evolution of the delegated data processes, tools, and controls.
  • Support initiatives that enhance automation, governance, and the overall quality of operational data.

Preferred Level Of Experience

  • Proven experience managing and processing bordereaux within a delegated authority environment.
  • Familiarity with Lloyd’s underwriting and delegated authority platforms, such as Tide and VIPR.
  • Advantageous experience supporting or working across multiline classes of business.
  • Strong track record of effective stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy, data quality, and data integrity.
