We’re looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant - Regulatory to join a high-performing finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers exposure to both BAU reporting and a major integration project. You’ll play a key role in delivering statutory and regulatory reporting, supporting project work, and ensuring high-quality outputs across group and entity reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support regulatory reporting, including QRTs, SFCRs, and liquidity reporting
- Contribute to financial reporting across both BAU and integration project work
- Assist with preparation, review, and analysis of quarterly and annual submissions
- Support system testing (e.g. Tagetik, Workiva) and reporting process improvements
- Work closely with finance and project teams to meet deadlines and deliver accurate outputs
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with strong financial reporting experience
- Experience within life insurance is essential
- Strong knowledge of Solvency II / Solvency UK reporting
- Background in financial services or insurance
- Solid understanding of IFRS and regulatory reporting frameworks
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manage tight deadlines
