We are partnering with an Insurance Intermediary who are seeking a Pricing & Panel Director. You will lead, manage and develop the Broker Pricing and Panel team to become best in class using technology to give competitive edge and exceed commercial targets whilst delivering against customer and conduct ambitions.
The Director of Pricing and Panel will develop and deliver the commercial strategy for the respective functions working closely with the panel of insurers and in-house underwriter. The role will lead the Pricing Development and Panel functions to deliver volume growth and improved competitiveness through enhanced capability, using technology and data enrichment to deliver a step change in growth and EBITDA.
The role will develop strategy, plans and processes to improve our conduct and fair value outcomes in line with the overall business risk appetite. They will also be a lead developer of the Insurance strategy to deliver long term strategic growth for the insurance business.

- Technical Experience
- Experience of working within FCA regulated environments
- Excellent knowledge of Insurance regulation and its applicability to an Insurance business
- Proven track record of complex financial and consumer modelling
- Extensive analytical experience gained in a data rich environment with experience of analytical tools such as SAS
- Proven experience in customer lifetime value, customer relationship management and segmentation strategies
- General Commercially astute
- Personal Lines Insurance sector expertise across underwriting and pricing
- Demonstrable experience of commercial and contract negotiations
- Proven track record of leadership and team management
- Proven experience of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
