We’re seeking a senior claims professional to manage complex liability, property, and personal accident claims within our Sports Division. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients and insurers, ensuring accurate, efficient claims handling and strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and negotiate complex liability, property, and PA claims.
- Prepare claims documentation and manage technical queries.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee payments and collections.
- Guide clients through the claims process and provide expert advice.
- Support strategic projects and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and mentor junior team members.
About You
- Strong experience in complex liability claims (London market preferred).
- Solid understanding of insurance principles and claims processes.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
- Commercially aware, analytical, and confident working independently.
- Collaborative team player with mentoring experience.
