We are partnering with a rapidly-growing Big 4 consultancy firm to recruit a Senior Manager for the Insurance practice. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale finance transformation programmes while providing expert technical accounting advice to clients across the UK Insurance market.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements for insurance sector clients.
- Support insurers and retirement providers through major accounting and reporting changes.
- Advise clients on IFRS 17 implementation and ongoing post-implementation developments.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve finance operating models and processes.
- Lead regulatory reporting modernisation programmes across the life insurance market.
- Manage large-scale finance transformation programmes from planning through execution.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outputs are high quality, timely, and commercially focused.
