We’re looking for an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to manage complex claims and support the effective running of claims operations. This role acts as a key link between internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex claims from notification through to settlement.
- Act as a senior technical referral point and support sound decision-making.
- Lead claim negotiations to achieve fair and commercially balanced outcomes.
- Prepare and review claims documentation and respond to technical queries.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee payments, recoveries, and data quality.
- Support claims operations, including process improvement, quality reviews, and workflow management.
- Contribute to strategic and operational projects within the claims function.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support the development of junior team members.
