We are looking for a hands-on, driven Head of Finance to join a growing specialist insurance business. This is a high-impact leadership role offering full ownership of finance operations and capital management, alongside the opportunity to shape processes and support business growth.
The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee day-to-day finance activities, ensure robust reporting and regulatory compliance, and provide clear financial insight to support decision-making. You will lead a small team while improving processes, controls, and overall efficiency across the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own finance operations, including reporting, controls, and capital management
- Deliver management accounts, board reporting, and performance insights
