Associate Director – Insurance Corporate GovernanceESG Risk Manager opportunity working with a market leading specialty insurer operating across both Company and Lloyd\’ Markets. This is a 12 month-FTC focusing on ESG and Operational Risk, where you\’ll help shape the ESG risk approach through insightful analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor operational and ESG risks, including incidents, RCSAs and issue management, with clear mitigation and reporting

Provide effective second‐line oversight and constructive challenge across ESG, sustainability and operational risk areas

Lead climate risk dashboards, scenario analysis and regulatory ESG reporting, including gap analysis against emerging requirements

Build strong stakeholder relationships, represent Risk in key forums and ensure alignment with group risk frameworks

Manage and develop one direct report to deliver team objectives and support professional growth

About You

Significant experience within financial services, ideally insurance

Extensive experience in ESG, Sustainability or Climate Risk

Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, processes and tools
