MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Drafting endorsements and renewal slips
- Liaising with internal teams to gather and confirm slip and endorsement requirements
- Drafting and submitting endorsements and slips via DCOM
- Submitting endorsements and slips to Xchanging
- Independently investigating and resolving Xchanging queries
- Communicating with Coverholders and managing agents
- Monitoring the performance of delegated authority arrangements
- Checking and processing written, paid and claims bordereaux within our bordereaux management solution, Intrali, and sending to managing agents
- Checking, processing, and submitting settlement bordereaux to Xchanging
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc requests and assisting with Coverholder onboarding activity
- Assisting with periodic due diligence reviews of Coverholders and delegated claims administrators
- Supporting the Broking Teams with Monthly performance reporting, alongside data relevant to renewals and other ad-hoc requests
