We're hiring an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a leading UK Retail finance team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded FP&A professional with strong experience in forecasting, performance analysis and executive‐level reporting. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that drives decision‐making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering monthly performance analysis across key P&L areas
- Leading forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting activities
- Providing forward‐looking insight on risks, opportunities, and trends
- Supporting leadership reporting, QBRs and strategic decision‐making
- Driving process improvement, automation and cost efficiency initiatives
- Partnering across Finance and the wider business to influence outcomes
Must Haves:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A experience within general insurance
