Insurance Broking Accounts Technician

We are currently partnering with a Market‑Leading Insurance Broker to recruit a Insurance Broking Accounts Technician on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client IBA accounts within a wholesale broker environment. Produce and review client account statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Actively chase outstanding debt and manage credit control activities. Investigate and resolve unmatched cash and funding discrepancies. Resolve aged queries and complex account reconciliations. Liaise closely with premium processing teams to resolve posting and allocation issues. Work collaboratively with front‑end business units to resolve account and payment queries. Maintain strong end‑to‑end ownership of client IBA account processes and controls. The ideal candidate should have At least 2 years’ recent experience managing client IBA accounts within a wholesale broker environment. Proven end‑to‑end knowledge of client IBA processes, including statements, debt chasing, unmatched cash and aged query resolution. Clear understanding of the distinction between IBA and Finance functions, with experience focused on client IBA rather than cashiering or insurer IBA work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
