We are working with a leading professional services firm seeking both Assistant Managers and Manager to join their Insurance Accounting Advisory team within the Assurance practice. This is a London-based hybrid opportunity, suited for an experienced technical accountant who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial reporting and advisory services in the insurance sector. The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering complex accounting advice, supporting implementation of new standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including actuarial, risk, and regulatory specialists. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal specialists (actuarial, tax, risk, regulatory) to deliver joined-up advisory services.
- Lead and manage accounting advisory projects, including GAAP conversions and policy reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in insurance or advisory.
- Deep technical expertise in IFRS and/or UK GAAP, particularly in insurance-related financial reporting.
- Experience delivering complex accounting advice in a professional services or insurance industry setting.
