Currently partnering with a market leading applied technology services provider to support a prominent well-respected Insurance company in their search for a Test Manager. The successful candidate will:
- Manage policy and data governance
- Lead testing and UAT coordination
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress
- Act as the primary testing liaison ensuring data integrity and team support
- Manage policies related to reinsurance, claims, and Master & Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM) for trade codes, broker codes, NAICS, and addresses, ensuring integration across applications with end-to-end data flow knowledge
- Perform data analysis and testing to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Develop and manage test plans and strategies, guiding the testing team throughout execution
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Monitor project status, track progress, and conduct reviews and audits as required
- Act as the main contact for testing, triage defects, clarify test steps, and provide regular updates to project leadership
Solid background as a Test Manager with exposure to Data / Data Driven projects and general Insurance background in the UK.
