A senior hybrid role combining Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations, working closely with Group Finance and Strategy teams. The role plays a key part in shaping internal financial insight and external investor communications, including preparation for a future listed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly performance reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support group-wide planning and provide decision-support insights to senior management.
- Prepare board and executive financial materials and KPI dashboards.
- Support investor engagement, including financial analysis, earnings materials, and investor presentations.
- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and shareholder dynamics.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and related communications.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to Investor Relations, capital markets, or equity research desirable.
- Excellent financial modelling and communication skills.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and board-level reporting.
- IPO or listed company exposure advantageous.
