We are recruiting for a FTSE 100 listed organisation who are seeking a Financial Modeller to join their team. In this newly created role you will play a key role in developing and maintaining advanced financial models to support strategic planning, performance analysis, and decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape financial insight and influence the organisation’s long‑term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain a comprehensive multi‑year financial model to support planning and forecasting cycles.
  • Deliver high‑quality modelling and analysis to support projects such as refinancing, credit rating reviews, and potential M&A activity.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure financial alignment and support business partnering initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial planning processes, tools, and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports, management information, and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support key projects and performance tracking.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven financial modelling experience within FP&A or Group Finance in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
