We are currently partnering with a specialist Insurance Broker to recruit a Strategic Project and Change Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the planning and execution of complex projects and the delivery of change management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Strategic Change to scope, govern, and deliver strategic change initiatives
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies
  • Lead project delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain strong project governance, including reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder updates
  • Design and deliver change management strategies addressing people, process, and technology impacts
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact, and readiness assessments to support successful transitions
  • Develop and oversee training, communications, and adoption plans for new systems and ways of working
  • Act as a key liaison across cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops and decision-making forums
  • Ensure all initiatives align with strategic priorities, driving continuous improvement and innovation in delivery methods

Ideal Candidate

  • Solid background working within the Insurance market, ideally Lloyd’s, Broking or Speciality.
  • Strong understanding of project and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse groups of people.
