AR Compliance Manager opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. You will support on the transition, management, and oversight of Appointed Representatives (ARs) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage applications and authorisation processes for ARs, including onboarding and transition.
- Oversee AR networks, conduct due diligence, and ensure ongoing FCA compliance.
- Support compliance integration for acquired businesses and assist with daily operations.
- Review financial promotions and customer journeys for ICOBS compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (FCA, BIBA, MGAA, etc.).
- Prepare regulatory reports and updates for senior management and the AR Committee.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and controls in line with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
