Responsibilities

  • Drafting endorsements and renewal slips
  • Liaising with internal teams to gather and confirm slip and endorsement requirements
  • Drafting and submitting endorsements and slips via DCOM
  • Submitting endorsements and slips to Xchanging
  • Independently investigating and resolving Xchanging queries
  • Communicating with Coverholders and managing agents
  • Monitoring the performance of delegated authority arrangements
  • Checking and processing written, paid and claims bordereaux within our bordereaux management solution, Intrali, and sending to managing agents
  • Checking, processing, and submitting settlement bordereaux to Xchanging
  • Supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc requests and assisting with Coverholder onboarding activity
  • Assisting with periodic due diligence reviews of Coverholders and delegated claims administrators
  • Supporting the Broking Teams with Monthly performance reporting, alongside data relevant to renewals and other ad‑hoc requests
