We’re currently partnering with a top performing workplace pension provider and are undergoing a rapid stage of growth. They are seeking a Compliance Monitoring Lead – 12 Month FTC who will lead the compliance monitoring function, ensuring operations align with regulations and internal policies.
Role Overview:
- Supporting the development and execution of a risk-based compliance monitoring plan.
- Designing and managing a monitoring program to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Conducting reviews across pension and insurance products.
- Advising on regulatory changes and improving monitoring processes.
- Offering technical support on regulatory matters across the business.
Requirements:
- Recognised compliance qualification.
- 5+ years in compliance within pensions or financial services.
- Proven leadership in compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge of FCA, PRA, TPR regulations, GDPR, and AML rules.
