Opportunity working with a top performing specialty insurer operating within the Lloyd’s market. You will support on the transition, management, and oversight of Appointed Representatives (ARs) to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage applications and authorisation processes for ARs, including onboarding and transition.
  • Oversee AR networks, conduct due diligence, and ensure ongoing FCA compliance.
  • Support compliance integration for acquired businesses and assist with daily operations.
  • Review financial promotions and customer journeys for ICOBS compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (FCA, BIBA, MGAA, etc.).
  • Prepare regulatory reports and updates for senior management and the AR Committee.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and controls in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Extensive compliance experience within insurance, including Lloyd’s and London markets.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA rules (PRIN, ICOBS, SYSC, SUP) and AR frameworks.
