Compliance & Conduct Manager opportunity working with a rapidly growing personal lines insurer. This is a key role focusing on driving the development and continuous improvement of the group and its associated entities against relevant regulations such as FCA, MFSA and FSMA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and enhance the Product Oversight & Governance (POG) framework
- Support fair value assessments, conduct risk management, and Consumer Duty governance
- Coordinate and deliver POG Committees, Consumer Duty Forums, and Consumer Duty Committees
- Provide advice, training, challenge, and guidance to the business on POG, Consumer Duty, conduct risk, product launches, and regulatory requirements
- Act as the Operations Compliance SME, supporting change initiatives, reviewing training materials, and promoting a strong compliance culture
- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships, provide reporting and updates to senior management
- Support the Senior Manager and wider business in delivering compliance objectives and positive customer outcomes
Key Skills and Experience:
- Solid Product Governance and Consumer Duty experience
- Experience in regulation within an FCA, MFSA or FSMA regulated insurance business
- Ideally with experience of general Insurance products and sector
- Sound regulatory knowledge FCA and ideally FSMA, MFSA, NBB
