We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing Lloyd’s Insurer to recruit a Project Manager, focussing on the delivering IT Infrastructure, Networks, and Operations projects. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end delivery of low-complexity projects up to £1m including planning, budgeting and scheduling while driving consistent execution, managing risks and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and providing clear progress.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of low-complexity projects with budgets up to £1m.
  • Develop project charters defining scope, budget, resources, schedule and delivery approach.
  • Plan and sequence activities to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Drive consistent delivery aligned with project goals and IT governance standards.
  • Ensure smooth transition of solutions into production environments.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships as the main point of contact.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues to minimise delays and maintain progress.
  • Track, manage and report progress against milestones and budgets to leadership.
  • Oversee project financials including costs, forecasts, contracts and resource allocation.
  • Ensure timely completion of project documentation, approvals and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate should have but not limited to:

  • Experience working within the Lloyd’s/London Insurance Market.
  • 3-5+ years experience in successfully delivering IT infrastructure and application projects.
  • Ability to work in complex organisation structures with solid stakeholder management skills.
