We are currently partnering with a rapidly-growing Consultancy to recruit an Insurance Guidewire Partner. Focussing on the Insurance (P&C) practice, the successful candidate will drive growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts by leveraging existing and emerging capabilities and developing new growth areas to deliver profitable global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead growth of the P&C Insurance consulting business through a targeted sales and account strategy leveraging global capabilities.
- Build and sustain strong, multi-level client relationships across UKI Insurance (C-suite to operational leaders) to drive commercial value.
- Leverage a strong external Insurance network to originate and convert new consulting opportunities.
- Shape and deliver differentiated, innovative consulting solutions by orchestrating a truly integrated, cross-practice approach.
- Drive consulting-led growth within strategic accounts in partnership with global account leadership, scaling multimillion-dollar engagements.
- Champion large-scale digital and business transformation, positioning the firm as a strategic partner in the Insurance market.
- Define and shape transformation propositions using core, emerging, and disruptive technologies, including AI across the insurance value chain.
- Provide strong delivery leadership across complex, multi-shore consulting programs, ensuring sustainable client outcomes.
- Act as an influential internal change agent with strong leadership, communication, and executive presence.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing insurance consulting teams, including growing onshore capability as demand matures.
- Contribute deep Insurance domain expertise, including platforms, data, analytics, and core insurance functions.
- Establish thought leadership through industry engagement, published insights, analyst interactions, and a visible digital presence.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive background working for a Consultancy, focussed on the P&C Insurance Market.
- Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
- Significant experience delivering and leading initiatives across the Guidewire platform.
- Strong local domain knowledge and experience of developing and delivering strategic business and transformative initiatives with a significant focus on Digital and Data within Insurance.
