We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing Lloyd’s Syndicate to recruit a Business Change Analyst. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Business Change and collaborate closely with all areas of the business to ensure the successful and strategic delivery of key change initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Business SME’s with impact assessment of Change deliveries.
  • Process analysis to establish and deliver operational processing and efficiencies.
  • Process definition on cross business processes.
  • Driving consistent, strategic growth through Project Management support on agreed initiatives.
  • Change delivery and implementation management support.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience working a similar role within the Lloyd’s Market.
  • Awareness of Project management methodology and Business analysis fundamentals, who is looking to further develop their skill set.
  • A dynamic team player with a hands-on and can-do approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
