We are currently partnering with a rapidly-growing Insurance company to recruit a Business Change & Test Analyst.

Reporting into the Head of Business Change, the successful candidate will support business and technical teams in delivering software, process and business change initiatives.

Key responsibilities;

  • Support business and technical teams in the delivery of software, process and business change initiatives.
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements, user stories and process changes.
  • Support project planning, coordination and tracking, including actions, risks and dependencies.
  • Prepare, execute and document test scenarios, test scripts and regression testing.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate test environments, test data and release readiness.
  • Log, track and retest defects to support successful solution delivery.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, meeting notes and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture business needs and identify solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, contribute to process improvement initiatives and report against agreed plans.
  • Support change implementation activities, including communications, training, business readiness and developing knowledge of organisational systems and processes.
  • The ideal candidate should have but not limited to;
  • Experience in a business analysis, project support, change role.
  • Experience of testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities is desirable.
  • Well organised, good attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
