As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant (Researcher) to join our Change & Transformation proposition.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting industry and company mapping through structured telephone research.
- Building and maintaining networks across relevant market sectors.
- Performing in-depth internet research using social media platforms and professional networking sites.
- Engaging with potential candidates for specific opportunities.
- Promoting live vacancies via various channels, including the Edenbrook website, LinkedIn, and relevant job boards.
- Conducting telephone-based candidate interviews and screenings.
- Communicating effectively with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
- Identifying and following up on new business development and sales opportunities.
