We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join a dynamic finance team within a growing international organisation. This role supports global finance operations across multiple entities and currencies, working closely with senior finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team
- Manage client invoicing and assist with credit control activities
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs
- Review and process employee expenses, including company credit card administration
- Maintain the accounts payable function, including invoice processing and ledger management
- Assist with month-end close activities (journals, balance sheet reconciliations, management accounts support)
- Support finance-related systems (expenses, payroll, banking, accounting platforms)
- Liaise with external stakeholders including accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies
