An established specialist insurance business is looking to hire a Claims & Administration Handler to join its growing team in Hertfordshire. Reporting into the Claims Management team, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within insurance and gain hands-on experience across both claims handling and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing claims from notification through to resolution
- Handling correspondence with clients, insurers and other relevant parties
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claims records
- Reviewing and processing claims documentation
- Assisting with general claims administration and reporting
- Ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in line with internal procedures
- Supporting the wider Claims team with day-to-day administration
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy across all claims and administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with a range of people.
